Tim Stauft

  • 35+ years of experience in the energy business, including as CEO of Aux Sable ($1B+valuation), a midstream company based in Chicago, Il. More recently, Mr. Stauft and provided advisory services for new technology, and business start-ups. These services also make use of Mr. Stauft’s decades of experience working with not-for-profit organizations including Woods Homes (children’s mental health), Brenda Strafford Foundation (long term care and health care in developing countries) and many others (Medial Mercy Canada, ALS Canada, United Way of Calgary.) Mr. Stauft is currently a strategic advisor for Kiwetinohk Energy Corp., focusing on Hydrogen development, YYC Family Therapy, specializing in child and adolescent-center family therapy, and Carbonova Corp., an advanced materials company based in Calgary, Alberta. Mr. Stauft has a BSc (honors) in Chemical Engineering, and an MBA, both from Queens University.

  • Fazilah Shariff is a Child and Family Therapist, health systems leader, and experienced board director with a passion for fostering well-being at individual, family, and community levels. She is the Founder and Architect of the Living in Full Series, a platform dedicated to conversations on living with meaning, purpose, and vitality.

    As the owner of YYC Family Therapy, Fazilah is recognized for her expertise in parent and youth mental health. She has presented at national and international clinical conferences and guest lectured at leading graduate programs. She holds a Master of Social Work and a Master of Health Administration and is a Registered Social Worker with an advanced designation as a Registered Marriage/Couple and Family Therapist.

    Beyond clinical practice, Fazilah has extensive experience in health system transformation and has served on boards of mid- to large-sized not-for-profit organizations in the health and social service sectors. She understands that well-being is shaped by the structures around us—healthcare systems, policies, and workplace supports all influence how individuals and families thrive. Her governance and strategic leadership have helped drive improvements in healthcare access, policy, and community well-being.

    Outside of her professional life, Fazilah enjoys weightlifting, martial arts, and hiking—pursuits that keep her grounded, energized, and connected to the principles of strength, resilience, and balance that she brings into her work.

  • Pat White is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in corporate leadership and not-for-profit board roles. She is retired from corporate life, where her professional experience included leadership roles at Suncor Energy, NOVA corporation and private consulting, and focused on HR, Organizational Effectiveness, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Leadership Development, and Change Management. Pat’s board service includes YMCA Canada (current board member), Calgary Black Chambers (current board member), YMCA Calgary, L’Arche Calgary, and OakPark Church. She is a mother and grandmother and committed to the health and wellness of our city and communities through involvement and volunteer support.

With over 25 years of experience in executive leadership, consulting, and human resources, she has successfully led large-scale transformations, built high-performing teams, and driven meaningful cultural change. Her proven track record includes coaching senior leaders to elevate performance and implementing people strategies that create lasting business impact.

    Tammy has held executive leadership roles in the energy sector, including Vice President, Culture & Talent at Suncor Energy, where she spearheaded large-scale transformation initiatives, developed high-performance leadership teams, and implemented strategies to align culture with business outcomes. Her international experience across Canada, the US, and New Zealand brings a global perspective to leadership, change management, and team development.

    Known for her empathetic, results-driven approach, Tammy partners with senior leaders to navigate complex organizational challenges, strengthen decision-making, and build resilient, high-performing teams.

    Tammy holds an MBA from Henley Business School (UK) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick. She is an ICF member and holds certifications in Coaching and Neuroscience-based Leadership.

    Outside of her professional life, Tammy enjoys spending time with her husband, three sons, and their pets.
