As a former Chief Longevity Officer, Dr. Mangat pioneered innovative approaches to aging, combining genomics, precision medicine, and cognitive health strategies to enhance longevity and quality of life. With a focus on brain health and disease prevention, Dr. Mangat is dedicated to helping individuals maintain cognitive vitality and overall well-being as they age. She combines cutting-edge research with precision medicine to address age-related cognitive decline, optimize brain function, and promote long-term health. A thought leader in longevity science, Dr. Mangat empowers individuals to proactively prevent chronic diseases, enhance mental resilience, and achieve healthier, more vibrant lives. Her innovative approach integrates personalized care and advancements in genomics to inspire a healthier future for all.
Fazilah Shariff is a Child and Family Therapist, health systems leader, and experienced board director with a passion for fostering well-being at individual, family, and community levels. She is the Founder and Architect of the Living in Full Series, a platform dedicated to conversations on living with meaning, purpose and vitality.
As the owner of YYC Family Therapy, Fazilah is recognized for her expertise in parent and youth mental health. She has presented at national and international clinical conferences and guest lectured at leading graduate programs. She holds a Master of Social Work and a Master of Health Administration and is a Registered Social Worker with an advanced designation as a Registered Marriage/Couple and Family Therapist.
Beyond clinical practice, Fazilah has extensive experience in health system transformation and has served on boards of mid- to large-sized not-for-profit organizations in the health and social service sectors. She understands that well-being is shaped by the structures around us—healthcare systems, policies, and workplace supports all influence how individuals and families thrive. Her governance and strategic leadership have helped drive improvements in healthcare access, policy, and community well-being.
Outside of her professional life, Fazilah enjoys weightlifting, martial arts, and hiking—pursuits that keep her grounded, energized, and connected to the principles of strength, resilience, and balance that she brings into her work.
Dr. Hussain Khimji is passionate about helping people lead happy, fulfilling lives through his practice in lifestyle medicine. Dr. Khimji values self-discovery, self-actualization, and supporting individuals with a sustainable, healthy lifestyle and behaviour change, emphasizing progress over perfection and focusing on the journey rather than a destination.
Dr. Khimji obtained his medical degree in Ireland, is Canadian board certified in Family Medicine, and American board certified in both Lifestyle Medicine and Obesity Medicine. He is also a practicing Urgent Care physician, which grounds him in the importance of disease prevention and reversal. Prior work experience includes rural medical practice (GP, hospitalist, long term care, emergency, etc).
